growing structural steel racking company that has been in operation

plant overhaul with updated lighting; new equipment; new lunch room
and completely renovated men's and women's locker room spaces.
Located in Leola, PA we are Dexco Racking, manufacturer of Dexco
Structural Steel I-Beam Racking Systems. We are a well-established,
successful, and growing metal fabrication company that has been in
business since 1962. We engineer and manufacture structural steel
racking systems to safely meet nearly any weight requirement. Our
racks are ideal for storing industrial materials such as lumber,
coils, dies, pipe tubing, bar stock, sheet metal and glass
supporting loads ranging from 2,000 to 80,000 pounds. Our racks
deliver well-engineered and reliable solutions for all varieties of

applications. We are seeking an experience Maintenance Manager. The
ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing
environment, preferably in metal fabrication, in a Maintenance
position. We are focused on delivering integrity and world class
artisanship to our clients. Our goal is to deliver faster, more
affordable, and better products. This position will provide
hands-on supervision, technical direction, administrative
management, and leadership to the entire maintenance department.
Actively leads and participates in the plant safety, housekeeping,
and continuous improvement efforts. Provide maintenance support to
maximize efficiencies and identify opportunities to lower
maintenance costs. Requirements: Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: · Plan daily work schedule of Maintenance
employees. · Assign jobs to employees and monitor until completion.
· Prioritize work to minimize downtime and match the needs of
production departments. · Analyze and troubleshoot equipment
problems to facilitate timely repairs. · Provide direct, hands-on
supervision, technical direction, administrative management, and
leadership in maintenance. · Responsible for the management of
equipment and maintenance. · Supports maintenance and capital
projects, maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost
effectiveness with available Resources. · Provides support for the
facility and equipment needs, including capital and major repairs.
· Supports predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance
programs. · Uses other maintenance disciplines in the development
and application of reliability engineering, root-cause analysis and
troubleshooting of equipment and processes. · Coaches and develops
training plans for hourly maintenance employees. · Model, for the
maintenance department, a strong sense of ownership and
accountability. · Establishes spare parts requirements and maintain
inventory levels. · Actively participate in toolbox talks with the
manufacturing teams. · Update job knowledge by participating in
educational opportunities as they relate to quality. · Maintain
safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and
identifying safety risks in the safety database. Minimum Job
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications: · Experience illustrates
progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
(industrial maintenance is preferred). · 3 years’ experience in a
supervisory role. · Exceptional mechanical skills/ aptitude. ·
Formal training or education in related field such as engineering,
process control or reliability (preferred). · Strong sense of
urgency. · Good-communication and organizational skills and the
ability to communicate with all Levels of the organization. · A
strong working knowledge is needed in equipment servicing as well
as maintenance planning/ scheduling in an industrial manufacturing
environment. · Strong interpersonal communications such as
recommending, directing, and influencing. · Computer skills,
including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency with a
Computer Maintenance Management Systems use and implementation
(MaintainX a plus). · Other duties as assigned Expectations

Education/Experience/Certifications: To effectively carry out
duties and responsibilities in the job position the following
education, experience, or certifications are preferred: Education:
High School Diploma or GED; Certificate/Associates Degree from
Community College or Trade School. Experience: Four to six years as
a supervisor of an industrial maintenance plant Additional Skills
Required: To effectively carry out duties and responsibilities in
the job position the following skills are required: Communication
skills: Speak effectively with fellow employees and supervisors
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc. Interpret a
variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or
schedule form. Mathematical skills: Apply mathematical skills
including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
