The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with industrial/building control systems (e.g., PLC/HMI/SCADA/BAS), facility infrastructure, and engineering tradecraft, along with the ability to communicate technical findings to mission stakeholders in secure environments. Key Responsibilities: Engineering-Based Intelligence Analysis: Analyze and assess classified and unclassified reporting, open-source information, imagery, and technical documentation to characterize facility control systems and enabling infrastructure. Determine and document key design attributes, material properties, operating equipment, and procedures; identify vulnerabilities, defeat opportunities, and recovery/reconstitution timelines. Apply engineering principles and judgment to develop facility- or topic-specific assessments that are technically defensible and mission-relevant. Intelligence Community Product Development: Develop textual and graphical IC products and models in accordance with customer/IC standards, methodology, sourcing, and classification rules. Produce and maintain Word/Excel/PowerPoint deliverables; develop control system characterizations and supporting models (e.g., system architecture, signal/data flows, equipment inventories, and functional descriptions).
