Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all warehouse and logistics equipment to ensure operational efficiency Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, making timely repairs to minimize downtime Adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times Document maintenance procedures and repairs for future reference and compliance Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as required Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure smooth operations Provide recommendations for improving the reliability and efficiency of equipment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics Proficiency with hand and power tools Basic understanding of computer systems and diagnostic tools Good communication and collaboration skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) Electrical certification OSHA Safety Training Certification
