Night Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM - -
Includes $2.50/hour shift differential for night shift Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician I supports equipment installation,
repair, and preventive maintenance activities under supervision.
This role works closely with production and Health & Safety teams
to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and
compliance with safety and legal standards. Key Responsibilities -
Install and commission new mechanical and electronic equipment in
accordance with safety guidelines - Perform basic repairs and
routine maintenance on production equipment - Assist with
troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues - Coordinate
equipment repairs and inspections with production staff - Work with
Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance with legal and safety
requirements - Track and document equipment performance indicators
- Follow all PPE and safety protocols at all times Required
Qualifications - Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge -
Familiarity with maintenance tools, procedures, and safety
practices - 1–2 years of relevant maintenance or technical
experience - Ability to work under supervision and follow
instructions Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in a
manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment - Exposure to
preventive maintenance programs - Basic understanding of equipment
performance tracking Physical & Work Requirements - Ability to lift
up to 50 lbs - Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching -
Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment components - Strong
visual inspection and reading skills - Must wear required PPE
