Seeking Talented Program Manager for Mission-driven National OrganizationTorchLight is seeking a highly organized, collaborative Program Manager (Contract) for a national organization based in Washington, D.C. The Program manager will oversee and manage a key employee initiative, including the recruitment and retention of new participants. The Program Manager will work across the organization to optimize the program to meet business objectives.Qualified applicants must be located in the Washington D.C. or Baltimore metro areas. Candidates located outside of these areas only considered if willing to relocate. Candidates must have U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.Responsibilities: * Lead and manage high-profile member program including participant recruitment and engagement initiatives* Oversee on-boarding process for new participants, including operational optimization* Own participant correspondence process and coordinate media requests* Promote participation in ongoing events* Lead participant retention campaigns including marketing materials and phone/email outreach* Develop and execute engagement campaigns to drive engagement and participation* Ensure online experience meets employee expectations and program objectives* Manage intranet/Salesforce, ensuring updated and accurate information* Create and execute surveys and focus groups to monitor program performance* Provide reports on research and key metrics and make recommendations for optimization* Serve as lead for promotional and informational materials requested by internal stakeholders/departments as well as field offices* Maintain related Intranet pagesQualifications:* 3+ years in marketing/program management* Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing/communications programs* Experience creating marketing outreach materials and surveys* Working knowledge of website production* Familiarity with Salesforce* Excellent written and verbal communications abilities* Strong project management skills* B.A./B.S.
