As the IT Manager, you will be the player-coach providing hands on technical expertise to the whole organization, as well as managing a small team of support personnel.--In this role you will design and implement solutions, develop and enforce processes, and help ensure all products and personnel are in compliance with Lotame's security standards.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesThe IT Manager delivers technology solutions for a globally distributed employee base, ensuring Lotame's business operates smoothly and efficiently. They are a problem solver and partner to all departments, understanding the needs of their colleagues and the technology solutions that can meet those needs.Our environment is dynamic and service-oriented, so during any given day you may have the opportunity to:* provide hands-on system administration of a variety of SaaS and cloud solutions* solve technology problems of all kinds efficiently and securely, including email, chat, video conferencing, VOIP, printers and other office software and network systems* coordinate new solution selection and implementation, working with vendors directly* configure network devices, including wireless access points* author team processes and procedures* provision and deprovision accounts and access controls* conduct security audits* oversee procurement and budgets* mentor team members to be customer-oriented and security-minded* manage a 24x7 support scheduleRequired Skills and Qualifications* excellent written and verbal communications* extremely detail-oriented and consistent* strong troubleshooting and problem solving* ability to remain clear-headed and lead under pressure* demonstrate high trustworthiness* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* 5+ years working in a corporate IT environment* 3+ years hands-on experience managing Mac and Windows laptops* 2+ years experience managing networks and network devicesPreferred skills include:* Service ticketing systems and workflows such as JIRA* G-Suite services (or equivalent SaaS office productivity platforms)* OneLogin Single Sign On (SSO) or other identity management products* Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001
