    • Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred--
    • At least--three--years of center leadership/administrative experience--
    • Minimum 2 years supervised professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children--
    • Must meet Maryland Office of Child Care Licensing director requirements
