This position will support our delivery and business development teams.Job Duties:

  • Serves as a clinical subject matter expert with existing client accounts
  • Helps drive strategic product / solution development initiatives focused on enterprise care / case management offerings
  • Supports additional strategic initiatives to extend FEI's care / case management solutions into the integrated care market
  • Contributes to FEI's strategy to advance product innovations focused on population health management, Whole Person Care (WPC) and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), with the overall goal of improving health outcomes for individuals served by our solutions
  • Supports the delivery team by participating in client discussions, requirements analysis, design, testing and demonstrations
  • Interacts with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests
  • Interacts with Systems teams during the software build and/or configuration process and testing process.
  • Applies clinical knowledge to integrate business requirements into workflows, creating efficiencies in the work process for care managers
  • Assists in supporting implementations and releases.
  • Serves a liaison role between client users and internal IT groups
  • Serves as a skilled clinical resource in support of non-clinical team members
  • Assists in user manual updates
  • Demonstrates new functionality to client users
  • Supports the training process by assisting with training content creation
  • Creates use case demo scenarios/scripts for our technology
  • Actively participates in the sales process by preparing for and participating in prospective client discussions, demonstrations, orals, contract negotiations
  • Creates white papers; conduct webinars
  • Participates as a key member of our capture/proposal team to win new business
  • Continually improves domain knowledge, maintaining a thorough and comprehensive understanding of regulations, policies and procedures related to Government Healthcare and MCO'sJob Requirements
    • Thorough and broad understanding of Care Management Workflows and Medicaid/Medicare expert level knowledge
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with, or contributing to the development of, Enterprise Case Management (ECM), Integrated Care Management (ICM), SDOH, and/or WPC-centric applications
    • Experience collaborating with product development teams to contribute to the requirements, design and testing of clinical and care-focused features of the overall solution
    • Active RN license required, advanced certification preferred
    • Highly adaptable work style; will be amenable to operating under stated guidelines and standards
    • Possesses senior level functional knowledge of care management technology.General Skills & Requirements
