What You'll Do
We are looking for a Director of Continuous Improvement -with demonstrated Continuous Improvement operating success to lead strategic initiatives across the Distribution network. The Director Continuous Improvement will establish a culture of Continuous Improvement including Lean process frameworks and utilizing technology-based tools to drive efficiency.

The Director Continuous Improvement is primarily responsible for delivering multisite cost reduction goals. You'll get to:

  • Develops the Continuous Improvement strategy for the business including learning and development, CI tools, lean implementation, and both basic and complex problem solving.
  • Manage the execution of continuous improvement projects across multiple distribution sites from concept through completion.
  • Oversee all aspects of Automation and/or I4.0 Project Execution.
  • Coach CI team to lead workshops such as Value-Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Ideation sessions to identify opportunities and gap areas to integrate into overall multisite roadmap
  • Lead projects and productivity savings reporting for multiple sites
  • Champion change management by building trust through direct engagement, problem solving, and building relationships
  • Facilitate, promote, and support Lean cultural development
  • Facilitate the development, introduction, and tracking of standard work within the network
  • Supports linkage between CI priorities and methodologies directly to business results
  • Proactively recommends business solutions through the CI lens and can articulate how continuous improvement tools and process can drive business value
  • Other duties as assigned
    Who You Are

    • 7+ years' experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Engineering Related Function
    • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience
    • Strong Project Management Experience
    • Ability to lead projects across cross functional teams and multiple sites
    • Must have a bias for action, integrity, and accountability
    • Able to meet deadlines in high paced work environment
    • Distribution and/or Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer experience a plus
    • Familiarity with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) a plus
    • Experience Manufacturing Automation a plus
