The Director of Installations is responsible for overseeing the
Production, Installation and Service teams to ensure each area is
properly staffed and trained to operate within the mission of the
company and deliver exceptional customer service.

Conduct formal and informal employee reviews with direct reports
annually, or as needed
Collaborate with Recruiting to hire direct reports as required to
meet the business needs.
Recruit, train and maintain professional installation crews that
meet all company licensing, insurance & equipment requirements.
Implement new goals, tools & ideas to ensure the department is
operating efficiently & that exceptional customer service is being
Evaluate and manage department performance by gathering, analyzing
and interpreting data and metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to make decisions on departmental
activities and set strategic goals.
Review financial information and recommend operational budget
adjustments to promote profitability.
Make responsible decisions which could affect the profitability of
Ensure job site safety inspections & tailgate meetings are being
conducted on a regular basis.
Investigate, document and serve as a point of all safety
Collaborate with Accounting to resolve AP and AR discrepancies
associated with your responsibilities.
Report negative & positive feedback to Managers under supervision
Oversee the Service Department, address service issues that cannot
be handled by the Service Coordinator and/or Service Manager
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 10 years of experience
managing installations in the construction or exterior home
improvement industry with prior supervisory responsibility or an
equivalent combination of education and experience
Associates Degree Preferred
OSHA30 certified preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft windows - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient
Valid Driver's License
This job operates in a professional climate-controlled office
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to Communicate and converse with employees in the English
language. The employee must be able to remain in in a stationary
position 50 percent of the time and occasionally move about inside
the office to access file cabinets and machinery, etc. The employee
must be able to operate a computer constantly and other office
