Job Description:

A premier senior living community in the Annapolis, MD area is seeking an Office Manager to join their team! In this role, you will support the executive team with the day-to-day office functions and special projects. - This is the perfect opportunity for an individual that enjoys variety in their day! - Salary is between $50,000 and $60,000 based upon experience.

Responsibilities: Review and edit contracts
Assist with updating company policies and handbooks
Meeting minutes for board meetings and manage board materials
Assist with creating monthly community newsletter
Support front office staff
Order office supplies
Special projects as assigned

Qualifications: 3+ years in an administrative role
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented
Strong organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
