Assistant Relocation Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the planning, coordination and execution of churn and project relates moves

Job Description:
Responsible for all Moves Adds & Changes (churn and project-related moves) in the following facilities: Baltimore, MD
Linthicum, MD
Washington, DC

Coordinate all move detail information including documentation, timelines and strategies, dependent on the size of the move
Schedule all vendors including movers and electricians
Facilitate delivery of all boxes, move instructions and labels
Coordinate and confirm disconnect and reconnect of all technology and phones, ensuring ID assignments are correct
Act as onsite contact for vendors and internal IT resources during pre/post move activities
Provide excellent customer service, support, and pre- and post-move follow up to Move Coordinators and End Users

Required competencies:
Demonstrated consulting and customer services skills
Solid working knowledge of Planon or other similar Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)
Basic knowledge of Office 365 including Outlook and Excel
Strong organization and time management skills
Space planning & design skills and experience desirable
Ability to work after-hours and weekends as required
