PositionAs a Parts Manager at First Vehicle Services, you'll direct
the organization and profitability of the parts department serving
Harford County fleet. Other job duties as Parts Manager
- Supervise parts clerks
- Manage parts inventory to ensure appropriate shop
- Conduct routine physical inventories.
- Interface with vendors and internal & external customers.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives.
- Handle parts warranty claims.
- Compile computer-based reports.
- Identify and recommend changes to build and maintain an
exemplary quality parts facility.Qualifications for a Parts
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of auto parts inventory experience; heavy
equipment parts experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong computer and reporting skills
