A healthcare technology company has an open position for a
Remote Enterprise Imaging Customer Support Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Managing team's performance, goals, policies and budget
Implementing new technologies using formalized change management
Managing a large group of Support personnel spanning a broad range
Position Requirements Include:
At least 7 years management/supervisory experience in a high-tech
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer
Science, Health Informatics or related experience
Leadership experience in Multi-channel customer support
Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
