Project Management experience -You can be a gatekeeper who will act as the buffer between your CEO and anyone looking to connect with them internally or externally.You are prompt in all your responses to clients and team members!You identify as a detailed-oriented human and have been complimented on your ability to follow through in the past.You have proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.Prior experience with a leader who has published and launch a book is a plus! -What You'll Do and What to Expect:

Heavy Calendar Management and Inbox Management. You will build a process on how to handle, sort, and communicate tasks from both platforms.Managing client life cycleBilling process and systemsLiaise between Operations Director and Business CoachManage project deadlines and communicate progress on all tasks.Growth opportunities within this companyTech Stack:
