We are a multidisciplinary team of scientists, specialists, and engineers working together to deliver optimum environmental solutions to our clients. This means you will be respected on every assignment, have access to the tools to succeed, and have a solid work-life balance in this virtual position with very little overtime required.\#LI-DS2**Key Responsibilities**+ Developing and implementing strategic project execution approaches.+ Managing quality delivery of complex multidisciplinary environmental consulting projects including scope, budget and schedule management.+ Driving client relationships, project prospects, and business growth.+ Identifying and characterizing key differentiators regarding solutions offered.+ Leading proposals and cost estimates.+ Mentoring environmental team members and influencing career development.**Management Responsibilities**Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, environmental engineering, or sciences preferred.+ Proven success providing project management and strategic environmental, sustainability and/or climate solutions consulting to clients.+ 10+ years of solutions-oriented environmental consulting related to infrastructure or industrial projects.+ Demonstrated experience managing the development of major environmental impact assessment and review documents in compliance with NEPA or comparable state or international requirements.**Minimum Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree.+ All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.**Work Environment/Physical Demands**Typical office environment, typical construction environment, extreme weather conditions, high noise level, safety hazards (electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals), atmospheric conditions (fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, poor ventilation).
