Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved.     • Designing and conducting in-depth analysis of quantitative and qualitative results to uncover actionable insights relevant to users experience and business objectives;
    • Demonstrating familiarity with Business Process Modeling solutions and processes;
    • Defining product vision, road-map and growth opportunities;
    • Executing Global Delivery for professional services- such as delivery centers, global delivery models, capacity management, resource management, process design, and quality assurance;
    • Developing a vision and high level perspective of the future of the workflow platform;
    • Designing and optimizing the business process for stakeholders for efficient delivery;
    • Refining complex business problems into actionable scope that can be solutioned;
    • Prioritizing requirements across the different lines of business for completion in a release cycle;
    • Learning rapidly and continuously taking advantage of new technologies, concepts, and business models;
    • Communicating insights and recommendations tailored to the needs of different stakeholders to drive actions effectively; and,
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in resolving complex business problems.Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
      • Applying business process knowledge to design and deploy technical solutions;
      • Managing large-scale programs, along with proven Product Owner skills and experience in industry-standard Agile methodology, tools, and practices; proven analytical and creative problem solving capabilities
      • Influencing the highest levels of leadership that result in driving the activities for successful product delivery;
      • Providing strategic direction for key initiatives. Recognizing ineffective activities and proposing alternative approaches or solutions to capitalize on change;
      • Coaching, training, building and leading teams in a wide variety of areas including, but not limited to, teaming, interpersonal skills, relationship building, and business knowledge; and,
