Job Description:

R2C is seeking a SCIF Manager to support operations in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Responsibilities include:Resolving IT hardware/software infrastructure issues.Providing desktop, software, and peripheral support to the C5ISR Center users to include operability of standard office automation desktop software in accordance with U.S. Army standards.Provide the capability to electronically "push" software updates, security updates, vendor patches (service packs, service releases), information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVA's) to end user devices.Maintain accountability of C51SR Center software licenses and life-cycle replacement documentation for software licenses, life cycle replacement of end user devices to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and other hardware.Apply current operating system patches and security patches electronically or manually to meet Cybersecurity compliance.Provide hardware and software support (i.e. Hardware installation, configuration and maintenance as well as software installation support) to application, file, and print services.Provide and install hardware, operating system, and software for file, print, and application servers.Install security (IAVA) patches on all servers and test and verify systems are not adversely affected by patches.Create shared folders on a common server area to enable a group of employees to share and work on the same files.Provide Microsoft Active Directory organizational unit administration and coordination with the local RNEC.Ensure successful operation, maintenance, and administration/configuration o portable digital assistance or mobility devices.Ensure personnel can attain and maintain access to DISA Storefront, DISA Purebred, Verizon business portal, and C5ISR Centers Apple Business Manager account.Configure and STIG harden network printers and digital senders.Perform DISA Mail provisioning tasks.Perform required property accountability actions while performing defined duties.Qualification requirements:Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.Security + certification.Experience performing hardware installations of end user devices and providing system administration and operating system support.R2C provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
