Financial Aid Operations The Johns Hopkins University centralized
Office of Student Enrollment and Account Management (SEAM),
Financial Aid Operations is seeking an Assistant Director,
Financial Aid Operations. The candidate will support Financial Aid
Operations in all aspects of the application, awarding, delivery,
and reconciliation of federal, state, private and institutional
---nancial aid. They will process federal, state, and private
---nancial aid applications (including but not limited to
Veri---cation, Loan Processing, Reconciliation, and Return to Title
IV Refunds) in accordance with the policies, procedures and
standards established by the Director of University Financial Aid
Operations in JHU's ---nancial aid shared service center.Reporting
to the Associate Director of Financial Aid Operations, the
candidate may also be called upon to provide seasonal support to
other Enrollment Service areas including Registration and Student
Accounts. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in
Financial Aid, a commitment to providing the highest levels of
customer service to students, faculty and sta---, and knowledge of
the college application, ---nancial aid, billing, and registration
process.*This role has multiple openings. This position is not
eligible for visa sponsorship.The Assistant Director, Financial Aid
Operations are working a remote work schedule. Although this
position o---ers the option to work remotely, candidates must have
the ability to participate in meetings, receive and make phone
calls, attend periodic in person meetings, help sta--- on-site
events like orientation/open house, and attend in person training
and conferences, as needed.

JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester
hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of

permitted, up to two years of non-related college course work may
be applied towards the total minimum education/experience required
for the respective job.
