business. Job Description:As a member of the Program Management
team, the Program Manager will serve as a key member of the Program
Management Office (PMO) engaged in the oversight, monitoring,
reporting and coordination of an unparalleled transformation of the
Distribution Network for US Post Office. We strongly believe in

- Senior team member within the Program Management Office (PMO)
for major Distribution Network Transformation Initiative at
USPS.
- Work with Team Lead in developing software-based tools to
collect and consolidate project related updates from multiple USPS
workstream owners.
- Prepare presentation materials and attend meetings covering
program/project progress, risk and implementation plans.
- Expedite closure of project/program related Blockers.
- Interface with USPS workstream owners and team members to
monitor project/program progress, RACI transitions, implementation
issues and associated plans for resolution.
- Consolidate multiple Project Plans from USPS Workstream owners
to generate comprehensive overall project milestone schedules.
- Implement program to monitor multiple Project Milestone
Schedules to identify changes (scope and duration) to original
plans.
- Generate program level health trendlines for reporting to
Executive Leadership Team at USPS.
- Compile and archive project and program information to support
financial audit requirements.
- Report on project related issues that impact achievement of
financial savings projections. Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with managing supply chain projects
(PMP or PgMP - PMI Certified).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, supply
chain management/logistics, or related field.
- Familiarity with a variety of material handling equipment
technologies.
- Consulting experience a plus. Computer Skills:
- Must possess strong analytical experience enabling the
creation/maintenance of customized tools for the monitoring of
multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Mastery skill level required for Microsoft toolset - Project,
Project Online, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI (Power
Automate and Power Automate Flow). Other:
- Position is located in Washington, DC and will be 100% on-site.
