Starting off learning the skills of a Leasing Consultant, being introduced to responsibilities of growth positions such as Leasing Manager, Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager. Our interns take on the same challenges as our full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow, and have fun.*Details*:

• This is a 10 or 12 week summer internship that runs from June 12th 2023 - August 2023
• Pay:$15/hr
• This role is located at one of our properties (White Marsh, Alexandria, Laurel, Silver Spring, Beltsville, Owings Mills, Glen Burnie, College Park)*Responsibilities:*When you join our Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our leasing team. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a property, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with tenants and coworkers.
  • May work with and contribute to outreach and promotion efforts utilizing website and social media outlets.
  • Property renewal outreach
  • May work closely with senior team members to complete various, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis as assigned or as necessary.
  • Move-in follow-ups
  • Scheduling and conducting tours of the units
  • Assigning and following-up on work orders
  • Other tasks as neededQualifications:
    • Must have satisfactory background check
