year financial results, strategy, and retention. The position is
accountable for driving strategic initiatives, design, and
execution of innovative solutions to assistant the customer in
their vision to grow and service their members. If you are located
in EST Time Zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as

interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related
field
- Sales insurance license maintained by law
- 10+ years of account management or related experience with 3+
years focused on large, complex, multi-site accounts.
- Solid working knowledge of Healthcare product portfolio,
competitive landscape and managed care knowledge
- Solid working knowledge of Health Insurance and protocols
- Solid working knowledge of business planning and
financial/underwriting acumen required.
- Demonstrated solid influence, collaboration and listening
skills
- Proven ability to navigate an often ambiguous and complex
organization to resolve customer issues
- Demonstrated solid negotiation and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create a strategic vision and plan its
implementation
- Proven superior verbal, written and presentation
skillsPreferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of FEHBP and/or Shared Administration
programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships to build a
solid, trusted partnership with the customer

range for Connecticut residents is $70,000 to $140,000. Role is
also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
