Venture Talent is always on the lookout for motivated, curious, and creative people to join our IT and Telecom programs.OverviewWe are seeking an -Audio-Visual Program Manager that will be a critical member of a U.S.-based global systems integrator providing technology solutions and services for commercial and government clients. This is a full-time permanent role supporting our program in Baltimore, MD with remote options in DC Metro and Houston, TX.Overall, this position is high in caliber and plays a key role in the full-scale management and critical decisions of multi-million-dollar customer programs. The Program Manager's focus is on delivering World Class Customer Experience and Quality. This will include seamless coordination and communication between Business Units while ensuring each project is successfully completed and compliant with in-place master service agreements (MSA) and service level agreements (SLA).Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Will be the primary point of contact for the customer and vendors assigned to the program and may be required to travel to multiple locations for national accountsthis includes critical meetings, site surveys, and design meetings as requiredResponsible for the planning, development, and implementation of large-scale customer low voltage integration programs (electronic security systems, audio visual, wifi/DAS)Assisting customers in planning and developing program objectives and goals, developing the program critical path, defining program roles and key program milestones, implementation plans, and active management of the entire program and its key deliverablesExecution of the program objectives, status reporting, budget tracking and financial reporting, contract development and managementSuccessful and timely implementation of program deliverables, process and performances, execution oversight of specific projects, Regular communication with team members, vendors, and customer's upper management teamClearly defines rules of engagement on program initiative to include roles and accountabilities, change management process, deliverable approval expectationDevelop a baseline project schedule securing key milestones and dependenciesOversee development of critical path plan deliverablesNegotiate and establish program deliverables/details (pricing, contract, resources, locations, scheduling, billing)Program risk management and resolutionMonitor risks and initiate necessary proactive and corrective actionsQuality control on overall program deliverablesOversee and have awareness of project plans to include milestones, timelines, and budget targetDevelop 2-3-year (or more, when appropriate) year project roadmap for programBecome familiar with customer budget process and proactively work with customer to shape budget build process for upcoming yearDevelop method of procedure or standard operating procedures for the program to ensure successful project deliveryWill have oversight and be responsible for the coordination of all phases of the sales and project lifecycle including - Business Development, Presales activities, delivery, through day 2 service and maintenance -Financial
Maintain and evaluate program budgetControl and track all materials required for each project throughout the lifecycle of the projectCompliance
Have a clear understanding of the contract/MSA to ensure compliance with all requirements including billing terms, milestones, and deliverablesReport and coordinate with PMO on key performance indicators (KPIs) and negotiate terms for renewed SLA's/MSA's -Communication
Chair meetings on behalf of the client with other vendorsCustomer relations (Change management negotiation, sign offs and acceptance, conflict management)Liaison between Management -and Customer -Leadership
Provides a high level of leadership throughout program effortsPoint of contact for escalation and contract-related issuesOversee implementation of program objectives and goals, and the key deliverablesManage and interface with project managers responsible for specific sites and scopesOTR and CFR
Execution on all assigned OTRs (Objectives, Targets, Results)Active participation in CFR discussionsSchedule and maintain CFR (Continuous Feedback and Recognition) sessions with supervisor monthly -Account Growth
Continuously expand / grow existing accounts for additional opportunities to introduce other servicesLook for new opportunities to enable the organization to provide full technology portfolioRequired Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience specific to low voltage integrationProven success in developing and implementing multi-vendor, large scale, multi-million-dollar complex customer programsExcellent fluency with project management methodologiesExcellent PC skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Demonstrates strong courageous leadership skills in the ability to make balanced, difficult, and complex decisions in the face of oppositionDemonstrates experience in a fast paced, rapid growth organizationMust have outstanding presentation and public speaking skills and be comfortable working with, briefing, and providing recommendations to C-suite level executivesInfluential, persuasive in motivating othersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage a budget, understand key business drivers, with a solid cost benefit trade off analysis and planning skillsEducation / Certifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field - preferredPMI PMP Certified or equivalentWok Authorization
Must be a US CitizenBackground & Drug Screening Conditions
