CoSolutions, Inc. is seeking a COLLECTION MANAGER to support our customer in South Korea at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center - Korea (JIOC-K). This position directly supports the production of timely intelligence to Commander, USFK and Combined Forces Command, the combined battle staff, and war fighter component commanders.You will be an integral member of a large enterprise-wide program team on a contract that supports a leading intelligence agency at its Joint Intelligence Secure Operations Center in Korea. The work entails multi- functional staff providing support for all-source intelligence analysis to mission critical operational support services to the intelligence community overseas.The JIOC-K's efforts focus on detecting enemy threats, managing intelligence, ISR activities, analyzing enemy actions and information to determine enemy's probable courses of action.Responsibilities include:Plan,prepare,execute,andassessintelligence,surveillance,andreconnaissance(ISR)collectionandanalysis.CoordinateintelligencerequirementsforDIAandUSFKcustomersutilizingrequirementsmanagement.Assistintheprocessofreview,clarification,adjudication,acceptance,tasking,response,trackingandsituationalfollow-upinvolvedinrequestsforinformation(RFI).Serveastherequirementsanddissemination.Attendand serve as collectionrequirements management SME on workinggroups and conferences.Conductresearchandrecommendimprovementstocurrentproceduresandmethodsforcollectingandanalyzingdataoncurrentproductionefforts.Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.Preparesassessmentsofcurrenteventsbasedonthesophisticatedcollection,researchandanalysisofclassifiedandopensourceinformation.Developsandmaintainsanalyticalprocedurestomeetchangingrequirementsandensuremaximumoperations.Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.Position Requirements:Clearance:Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with a continued ability to obtain a Poly Experience.Education: Bachelors or Masters with 4-6 years of experience, or specialized training and 4-8 years of experience, or equivalent academic experience.Experience:Fourtosixyears(4-6)yearsofexperiencewith:Intelligenceexperience and/or operationsupport in Koreaor other active theatersExperienceinbuildingcollectionplans.Experience in supporting ISR/Production Missions, including receiving RFIs and reviewing for understanding, asking for clarification when needed, adjudicating requests for acceptance, prioritization, andresourcing, allocating and tasking resources to generate the response, tracking the response progress against the Latest Time.
