The role involves efficiently processing and delivering invoices to clients with utmost precision and swiftness. You will collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller, Accounting department, and Project Managers to uphold the Company's financial well-being. This position demands swift action and comes with notable prominence within the organization. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and contribute to the creation of invoices for a range of services including inspections, repairs, installations, and more.
• Manage adjustments to customer accounts and rectify invoice errors.
• Scrutinize jobs to ensure appropriate documentation is in place.
• Lead the collections process for accounts with outstanding balances.
• Supervise work orders that involve discrepancies or missing essential paperwork.
• Monitor and maintain customer portals, ensuring the smooth progression and acceptance of invoices.
• Uphold accurate execution of both regular and unique contract pricing.
• Provide support for integration tasks such as account setup and customer onboarding.Why join us?

    • Familiarity with ServiceTrade and Sage Intacct would be a significant advantage.
    • Proficiency in AIA and project progress billing is essential.
    • Experience within the fire and life safety sector would be highly beneficial.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and related technologies is necessary.
