Title: Fulfillment Center General Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD
Shift: M-F Days and weekends as needed (peak season)
Compensation: $110K-$140K base salary, depending on experience, plus Equity.

Travel: Minimal travel to visit other FCs and meetings at HQ

Position Description: The General Manager has overall Operations and P&L responsibility for a 500K SF Fulfillment Center.
--- Full responsibility for multiple departments and shifts within the Fulfillment Center.
--- Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans to meet all customer SLAs within budget.
--- Develop, coach and mentor supervisors/area managers, leads, and associates for future advancement opportunities.
--- Set clear performance expectations and give appropriate recognition and feedback for performance.
--- Maintain a safe work environment.
--- Continue to improve warehouse systems knowledge and competencies for yourself, direct reports and associates.
--- Communicate department expectations to all supervisors/area managers.
--- Monitor process performance and develop and implement process improvements.
--- All other duties as assigned by Director/VP.

Requirements: The General Manager must demonstrate an advanced understanding of processes and the importance of workflow with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. They must flourish in a production-oriented environment.
--- Minimum 5+ years' leadership experience in warehousing, supply chain or logistics.
--- Bachelor's degree required.
--- Exceptional leadership abilities - train, coach, delegate, prioritize, hold teams accountable.
--- Experience in process improvement using Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies.
--- Ability to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment is key.
--- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--- Knowledge and experience with Direct to Consumer, E-Commerce fulfillment, and/or omni-commerce operations is preferred.
