Manager will devise and implement audience-centric strategies which
will expand our reach and deepen our relationships with a diverse
set of audiences. The successful candidate will have experience
understanding the needs of a range of audiences, leveraging
technology to build tailored constituent experiences, and
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop
and execute an audience expansion and engagement strategy. This new
role will bring in-house expertise and will manage and accelerate
our email program, identify, and segment target audiences, partner
with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors for our
email, event and other/or other audience-centric platforms.Job
DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of email marketing program to ensure the
right message is received by the right audience at the right point
in time.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
email messages are sent per schedule and according to best
practices.
- Build and engage target audiences through automated journeys,
email campaigns, persona development and list segmentation, and A/B
testing.
- Serve as platform expert for our primary audience engagement
platforms (Marketing Cloud and Cvent), supporting users of systems,
platform enhancements, and change management processes, as
needed.
- Serve as project manager for critical efforts identified as
part of the emerging digital strategy, including launching an audit
of the full inventory of email products (lists, newsletters, event
invitations, and other messages) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
Cvent or other platforms to gain insights into audience engagement,
email performance and set baselines for measurement of a healthy
email program.QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7+ years of email marketing experience.
- Bachelor of the Arts (BA), the Bachelor of Science (B.S.), or
equivalent degree.
- Experience developing and executing strategies to build,
segment and engage audiences.
- Experience deploying and optimizing email campaigns, including
lead generation, and nurturing campaigns, drip campaigns and
journeys, running A/B tests and providing actionable
recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce
Marketing Cloud to manage email marketing campaigns and associated
email lists.
- Experience using Cvent to manage event-related engagement
campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email service providers & testing
platforms and customer data platform technologies.
- Experience working with multiple marketing channels and
compliance considerations for each (CAN-SPAM, double opt-ins,
etc.)
- Strong understanding of CRM platform metrics.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with often changing
priorities and tight timelines.
- Experience managing vendors (or small team) to support
execution of workplan.
- Ability to work cross functionally to achieve results aligned
with company objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present analysis/insights.
- Self-motivated and intellectually curious with an innovative
mindset to drive new ideas, apply best practices, and think
outside-the-box.

offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your
family.The base salary for this role is $100,000 to $110,000,
depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for
this position is represented by the low and high end of the range
for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at
Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills,
education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range
is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees
