Job Description:
A company is looking for a Southeast Region Director of Land
Preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead land preservation projects to protect historic battlefield
sites in the southeastern United States
Collaborate with landowners, partner organizations, and government
grant sources
Complete conservation easements and fee simple transactions to
safeguard battlefield land
Required Qualifications:
4-Year Degree Required
Experience Level: Director
Experience in land preservation and conservation efforts
Familiarity with Revolutionary War, War of 1812, and Civil War
history
