What Your Day Looks Like as a Home Health Director

• Lead and inspire a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to exceptional care.
• Use your clinical expertise or business acumen to uphold the highest standards in client care and customer service.
• Build strong relationships with employees, referral sources, and community partners to expand and grow our Medicare Certified Home Health Office.
• Drive operational success by overseeing business development, recruiting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure excellence by monitoring service quality, staff training, and compliance to maximize client satisfaction. Who We're Looking For If you're ready to make a lasting impact and thrive in a leadership role, you may be the perfect fit if you have:
  • At least 2 years of progressive healthcare management experience
  • A BSN or MHA degree
  • Management experience within a Medicare Certified Home Care Agency
  • A track record of success, meeting and exceeding goals while driving positive outcomes
