The Manager Cath Lab will be based out of the health system's 300+ bed facility known for both their acute care hospital and rehab center located in Maryland. Reporting to Senior Director, the Cath Lab Manager will lead a team of specialists holding their RN, RT, or RCIS license.The Cath Lab Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the department budget, ensure regulatory compliance, update policy procedures, assist with staff education, and cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The Manager Cath Lab will be supported by a team of specialized nurses with cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology and critical care backgrounds, along with a dedicated Radiologic Technologists, Vascular Technologists CVT, and ancillary staff. The Manager of Cath Lab should have recent experience working in a Cath Lab, ideally with leadership experience in a manager or supervisor capacity.
