seeking a visionary and technically proficient ServiceNow Field CTO
to serve as a strategic leader across both Federal and Commercial
markets . This is a full-time remote role.Why Join Us:

background check.This individual will be instrumental in guiding
executive clients, internal teams, and partners through complex
digital transformation initiatives leveraging the ServiceNow
platform-with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), ITSM,
ITOM, Security, and App Engine capabilities.Reporting directly to
the Vice President of ServiceNow Operations, the Field CTO will
play a pivotal role in shaping customer strategies, influencing
platform adoption, and ensuring solutions are aligned with industry
regulations and mission-critical goals.Job Responsibilities/Duties
( not limited to):
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and strategic thought
partner to C-level executives and technology leaders in both
Federal and Commercial sectors.
- Drive executive-level engagement to align ServiceNow platform
capabilities with organizational transformation goals, focusing on
ITAM (HAM/SAM), ITSM, ITOM, and workflow automation.
- Provide architecture leadership for ServiceNow solutions that
meet the complex needs of regulated industries and government
agencies-including FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, CMMC, and SOX
compliance.
- Lead workshops, briefings, and roadmap sessions to demonstrate
how ServiceNow can deliver enterprise-wide value in areas such as
asset lifecycle management, software compliance, cloud migration,
and process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, consulting,
engineering, delivery, and product management) to drive successful
customer outcomes and strategic growth.
- Deliver thought leadership through whitepapers, executive
briefings, webinars, and participation in key industry and
government forums.
- Serve as a field-facing evangelist for ServiceNow innovations
while providing platform feedback to product teams based on
real-world usage.
- Mentor solution consultants, architects, and delivery teams to
elevate overall ServiceNow capabilities across the
organization.Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance or
equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT
leadership, or technology consulting roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across core modules
with deep expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) including
Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM),
and CMDB integration.
- Demonstrated success delivering solutions to both Federal
Government agencies and Commercial enterprises, with strong
knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Deep understanding of cloud service models, IT governance,
software licensing, digital workflows, and modern service delivery
practices.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a
proven ability to influence senior leaders across diverse
stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology,
Computer Science, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITAM, ITSM, or ITOM
- ITIL v4, TOGAF, or other enterprise architecture
frameworks
- Active or eligible U.S. Government Security Clearance
