Division Director of Operations at BAYADA Hospice
BAYADA Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice executive for the position of Division Director of Operations. This is an exciting career opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with multi-site operational management experience. As Division Director, you will develop and lead office teams in providing excellent, high-quality results for six hospice offices in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree a plus.
  
• 5+ years multi-site management experience within Hospice.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Hospice regulations and operations for in-home care.
  
• Experience within or partnering with large health systems a plus.
  
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  
• Proven leadership with a track record of developing successors and achieving growth.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel with minimal overnight stays.
  
  Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and support to assigned offices, including supervision of Directors, Area Directors, and staff.
  
• Ensure actions and communications prioritize client needs.
  
• Shape long-term strategic plans and clarify key goals.
  
• Manage change and support leadership development.
  
• Recruit, select, and develop high-potential employees.
  
• Mentor and coach staff, providing honest and timely feedback.
  
• Analyze market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  
• Support offices with recruitment, marketing, and budgeting plans.
  
• Achieve customer service, quality, growth, and profitability goals.
  
• Ensure quality of care and compliance with legal and safety standards.
  
• Develop trusting relationships with clients, community, and staff.
  
• Communicate performance issues and implement corrective actions.
