For more information, visit www.laureate.netThe Manager HRIS is responsible for implementing and evaluating selected HRIS programs for the global organization and for working with Human Resources management, upper management, external resources, consultants, and all levels of the organization to resolve any issues related to HRIS functions. This position will generally oversee the general operation of an HRIS System(s), the selection of projects, project timeframes, and project deliverables.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:Participate in the design, planning, testing, and implementation of companywide HRIS programs, policies, and proceduresDevelop, analyze, streamline, and document new and existing HR business processesResearch and analyze data to recommend HRIS program direction, and design outcomesAnalyze user reporting needs and provide solutions to end-usersOversee the capture and management of employee data ensuring timely processing and data integrityCollaborate with business partners to develop and implement metrics to identify and proactively manage workforce trendsManage training facilitation locally and globallyPartner with IT to identify and create a customer-focused end-user support systemWork closely with vendors to design, test, implement, and support systems and processesManage all aspects of data and system problemsManages the maintenance of all user accounts and security protocolsManage, coach and develop direct reportsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:BA/BS in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field required5-8 years of experience in HRIS, IT or related field required0-1 years management experience preferredCertification on ATS BrassRing, SuccessFactors, QlikView and/or Cognos a plusProficient experience with UltiPro, SuccessFactors, BrassRing and/or Cognos preferredProficient experience supporting multiple systems within HR and HRIS preferredProficient understanding of HRIS programs, policies, and proceduresProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficient knowledge with FTP and other fundamentals of TCP/IP protocols Proficient knowledge with relevant legal requirements and regulationsStrong ethic for working with confidential informationStrong math skills, including percentages, ratios, statistics, graphing and advanced spreadsheet skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate critical thinking skillsAttention to detail and organization skillsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong interpersonal abilities and communication skillsAbility to lead a team and work independentlyAbility and interest to work in a globally diverse environmentSDL2017
