The Manager HRIS is responsible for implementing and evaluating selected HRIS programs for the global organization and for working with Human Resources management, upper management, external resources, consultants, and all levels of the organization to resolve any issues related to HRIS functions. This position will generally oversee the general operation of an HRIS System(s), the selection of projects, project timeframes, and project deliverables.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:




  • Participate in the design, planning, testing, and implementation of companywide HRIS programs, policies, and procedures
  • Develop, analyze, streamline, and document new and existing HR business processes
  • Research and analyze data to recommend HRIS program direction, and design outcomes
  • Analyze user reporting needs and provide solutions to end-users
  • Oversee the capture and management of employee data ensuring timely processing and data integrity
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement metrics to identify and proactively manage workforce trends
  • Manage training facilitation locally and globally
  • Partner with IT to identify and create a customer-focused end-user support system
  • Work closely with vendors to design, test, implement, and support systems and processes
  • Manage all aspects of data and system problems
  • Manages the maintenance of all user accounts and security protocols
  • Manage, coach and develop direct reports

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:




    • BA/BS in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field required
    • 5-8 years of experience in HRIS, IT or related field required
    • 0-1 years management experience preferred
    • Certification on ATS BrassRing, SuccessFactors, QlikView and/or Cognos a plus
    • Proficient experience with UltiPro, SuccessFactors, BrassRing and/or Cognos preferred
    • Proficient experience supporting multiple systems within HR and HRIS preferred
    • Proficient understanding of HRIS programs, policies, and procedures
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Proficient knowledge with FTP and other fundamentals of TCP/IP protocols
    • Proficient knowledge with relevant legal requirements and regulations
    • Strong ethic for working with confidential information
    • Strong math skills, including percentages, ratios, statistics, graphing and advanced spreadsheet skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
    • Attention to detail and organization skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills
