Tasked with the important duties of providing education and directing expert clinical care, the Surgical Services Nurse Educator must be an organized leader. Ensuring the surgical services department's clinical staff are administering medical treatment in a consistent and appropriate manner, the Surgical Services Nurse Educator must be an engaged leader within the department and be readily available.
