Clinical Director, Oral SurgeryAspen Dental Management, Inc.

dedicated team as a Clinical Director, Oral Surgery.The Clinical
Director, Oral Surgery provides clinical leadership, driving
excellent patient care and assisting our Oral Surgeons with
continually enhancing their expertise in hands on surgical
procedures related to surgery, sedation, and implants.--The Oral
Surgeon Clinical Director transitions a strong knowledge of oral
surgery assuming quality of care for patients with a wide spectrum
of oral and maxillofacial health problems while ensuring our Oral
Surgeons are adhering to the highest standard of dental practice
ethics and professionalism. The Oral Surgeon Clinical Director
provides, coaching and mentorship to practicing Oral Surgeons
through formal training and chairside support.--The Oral Surgeon
Clinical Director helps to educate on innovative practices and
ensure compliance with established clinical protocols.--The Oral
Surgeon Clinical Director's efforts help to drive achievement of
performance goals and objectives.Responsibilities: -- Educates,
trains, and mentors doctors with hands on oral surgery procedures
including surgery, sedation, implants, zygomatic implants.--
Coaches Oral Surgeons on digital workflow, communication,
collaboration, and efficiency best practices.-- Provides expertise
on digital dentistry and workflows including CBCT, SMOP, guided
implant planning, fixed and removable prosthetics, scanning, and
oral surgery efficiencies.-- Serves as the primary oral surgery
clinical contact for division internal and external partners and
successfully builds, develops and maintains essential partnerships.
Actively reviews evidence-based practice standards, oral surgery
advances and recommends incorporating such standards and advances
into the dental practice.-- Provides chairside and in-region
support to Oral Surgeons, field leadership, and office teams,
emphasizing the highest standard of patient care and office
productivity.-- Contributes to the development of programs that
help Aspen Professionals provide superior patient care, exceptional
practice productivity and outstanding business results.-- Assists
with continuing education program development and presentation both
at the regional and national level, including; active participation
in regional market development meetings.-- Participates in Oral
Surgeon communication events, training activities, and other
programs.-- Supports the evaluation, recommendation, and
implementation of new patient care technologies.-- Partners with
Field Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Practice
Ownership to establish and monitor and evaluate successful Oral
Surgeon retention strategies. -- Monitors revenues and expenditures
for assigned Practices to assure budgeted profit targets are met or
exceeded.-- Identifies underperforming Practices; partners with
field leadership to implement and monitor plans to achieve and
exceed operational success.Minimum Requirements:-- Successful
completion of dental training at a four (4) year, accredited Dental
School and received an DMD or DDS degree.-- Experience with oral
surgery, implants, orthodontics / clear aligners, and all
restorative procedures.-- Certified by the American Board of Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgery.-- Relevant advanced education for
specialty areas.-- Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience.--
Ability to travel at least 70%.-- Demonstrated ability to
effectively coach, mentor, and train others.-- Strong interpersonal
