**Job Description** Our Oncology team is dedicated to delivering
breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of

Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our innovative
medicines to our customers around the world by understanding our
customers' needs and striving to provide differentiated solutions
to meet them. We are currently recruiting for a Director,
Healthcare Provider Marketing in the US Oncology business. This is
a key leadership position and will lead the development of the
Health Care Provider strategy and tactics for the US Hematology
portfolio to maximize the opportunity with the current indications
for our oncology product, and also build a strong foundation for
the future assets. The position will report to the Tumor Lead in
the US Oncology Marketing for Hematology. This position will
require outstanding leadership in many different areas including
strategic planning, portfolio positioning and optimization,
counter-competition, execution excellence, and cross-functional/
agencies collaboration. The successful candidate will be a dynamic,
experienced marketer with a track record of commercial success and
cross-functional team leadership. **Key Responsibilities**
**include and are not limited to the following:** + Lead the Health
Care Provider marketing and scientific strategy/tactics to maximize
opportunity for the company's immuno-oncology product current
indications and future assets + Lead the strategic brand planning,
portfolio positioning and commercialization plan in collaboration
with global and cross-functional colleagues + Partner with global
team, market research, Coordinating Investigator, and analytics
team to generate key insights to establish and enhance the Health
Care Provider strategy and execution plan + Determine and execute
within optimal Health Care Provider promotional channels based on a
deep understanding of customers, marketplace, competitors, and
business drivers + Monitor, analyze, and synthesize key market
dynamics in the rapidly evolving landscape + Develop short-term and
long-term counter-competitive strategies/ plans in collaboration
with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies + Proactively
partner cross-functionally with other key stakeholders (e.g.,
sales, medical, market access, legal, regulatory, global
commercial, and public affairs) + Escalate issues that represent
significant barriers to execution and/or business impact +
Challenge status quo and gain sponsorship/ support within the

range. **Education Requirement:** + Required: Bachelor's degree +
Preferred: Master's degree **Required Experience and Skills:** +
Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech
industry + Hematology and/or Oncology marketing experience + Strong
marketing skills including developing marketing strategies,
executing tactics, performance tracking, competitive planning and
accountability for product growth + Ability to understand,
interpret, and translate complex clinical data into clear
communications + Strategic thinker with innovative mindset and
ability to make critical decisions and recommendations among a
range of strategic choices + Demonstrated excellence in project
management and effectively managing multiple projects/ priorities +
Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking,
teamwork, and analytical + Strong written/verbal communication
skills and experience presenting in high-visibility settings +
Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities +
Experience influencing without direct authority and working
successfully with cross-functional teams and multiple agency
partners + Requires up to 20% travel, including some weekends
