$120,000 plus (based on experience)
We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Physician Assistant-Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care center group full time in Baltimore, MD. You will find a supportive and welcoming team to work alongside you within our fast-moving Urgent Care Center. The provider will be required to see and treat a wide variety of health care issues in patients of all ages in our busy facility. We are looking for a compassionate, caring, experienced provider who is an excellent communicator who can easily build rapport with their patients.

Duties:
Performs and documents history and physicals of patients- assess patient health
Evaluates and treats common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma
Performs in-office minor procedures (Administer injections and other medical procedures including laceration repair, I&D, foreign body removal and splinting)
Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Orders X-rays and review and other diagnostic tests as needed
Develop and implement patient management plans based on lab results and-or Xrays
Consistently and accurately documents all calls, treatments, medications, etc. in patient chart
Instructs and counsels patients regarding diagnosis, follow up steps, overall wellness and health maintenance
Responds to all patient questions
Assists physicians in addressing urgent patient needs as necessary
Collaboration with the physicians, midlevel providers, and support staff for comprehensive care
Performs other duties-projects as assigned
Requirements:
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Degree graduating from an Accredited Program
PA-NP license in MD
Urgent Care and-or ER experience preferred
Must be able to treat patients of all ages
Salary:
$120,000 plus (based on experience)
