Job : Geriatric Medicine Physician - Flexible Schedule - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - Northern Baltimore, MD

• Full-time permanent position
• BC/BE
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) ONLY
• Flexible day time schedule and can make up your own working hours.
• Monday to Friday.
• See about 20 patients daily
• Work independently as a private Attending Physician with support staff of CRNP
• Work one weekend a month to round in SNF on Saturday and Sunday. (you make up your own hours to come and go as you like to only to see 13 to 15 pts each day Sat. and Sun).
• No phone calls -Nurse Practitioner will take phone calls.
• One weekend a month to round in SNF on Saturday and Sunday. (you make up your own hours to come and go as you like to only to see 13 to 15 pts each day Sat. and Sun).
• Full transcription support where provider dictates using a digital recorder and the transcriptionist will type all the notes into the EMR. No need to do any EMR notes or take home any work. Salary/Benefits

  • RVU bonus above 20 patients - each additional patient is paid based on RVU based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
