Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a -Registered Nurses and Pharmacy Technicians for Vaccinations with one of our top healthcare clients in Baltimore Maryland! - Job Details:

  • Location: Metro Drive Baltimore, MD 21215
  • Type: -Contract-based Job Description: (4) -Nurse Vaccinators needed to do the Pfizer Vaccine Location: Baltimore, MD Start Date/Shift times: The ideal start date would be May 2nd or 3rd which will be about 4 hours of training and an overview of the site. We will require everyone to be present. Vaccination will begin the following day and we require everyone show up at 7:30AM - 3PM for three consecutive days. We will have the second dose site at the same location in about 28 - 30 days from the first day of vaccination. -*If we do a good job staffing this and all goes well, the client will create a template to roll it out across other states*Vaccinating Comcast employees or Baltimore populationPosition Overview: The vaccinator is a pharmacist, nurse, pharmacy technician* and or a pharmacy intern* who is responsible for administering the COVID-19 vaccine. Specific Responsibilities: The vaccinator will prep patients for vaccination, draw the appropriate dose of vaccine, administer the vaccine, dispose of biohazard waste appropriately, and sanitize the workstation after each patient. Vaccinators are to perform these responsibilities at a rate of 1 patient every 3 minutes. -Education and Experience: Nurse, pharmacist who is granted immunization authority by the state they will be performing the act in, pharmacy technicians and interns who are granted authority under the watch of the licensed pharmacist on staff. Certain states do require pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and interns to receive additional training to administer and this should be determined prior to employment. Comments from Manager: The ideal start date would be May 2nd or 3rd which will be about 4 hours of training and an overview of the site. We will require everyone to be present. Location is 5801 Metro Drive, Baltimore, MDVaccination will begin the following day and we require everyone show up at 7:30AM - 3PM for three consecutive days. We will have the second dose site at the same location in about 28 - 30 days from the first day of vaccination. Anyone administering vaccines should have a certification in vaccine administration. We will require the agency to collect all certifications. Also, we would like to have a detailed list, complete with contact information of each individual. Please note we would like to have staff confirmed about a week out to mitigate any last-minute changes. Ideally, we are looking for staff that are vaccinating, we do want individuals that have vaccinated patients in the last 12 months. We can ask for any training completed specific for vaccinations. There are multiple agencies that are completing these.
