Competitive Salary $29.00-$33.00/hr and Shift Differentials! + Under the direct supervision of the RN, assist in care planning and treatments for residents and consults with other nursing staff as appropriate with applying knowledge and resources + Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills required to care for the resident population on an assigned unit + Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines + Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor + Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans + Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels + Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare's nursing facility + Must hold an active LPN license issued in the state of Maryland + 1 year of nursing experience preferred + Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus + Team player with strong work ethic and a willingness to assist where needed + Must possess a current CPR license + Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all personnel, residents, and families ID: 6 Shift: Nights External Company URL: Street: 7920 Scotts Level Road
