forward with the assignment. Comment:Pack cannot contain hcp's DOB.
This includes Driver's Licenses, Passports, Identifying medical
documentation, cover sheets, etc. No packs containing DOB can be
presented to facility. Please make sure that anything containing
this information is removed or DOB is covered Facility will ACCEPT
LOCALS for this position. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at
the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approved.
LOCAL RATE (UNDER 50 MILE RADIUS) $72Position Description: Labor
and Delivery RN: 12H Days, 7a-7:30p, weekends as needed. Facility
205 bed, Trauma II, Unit 9 LDR, 3 Triage, 2 OR. Ratio 1:2 except
for active labor or some high-risk medication then 1:1.AWHONN
staffing guidelines. Must circulate, circulate and scrub preferred.
1-2 days of orientation. Scrubs provided. EPIC. Floating is
required. Travelers first to float to M/B or LDRP if experienced.
No rotating schedule. No self-schedule. Weekends and holidays as
needed maybe every other weekend. No call. Patient pop: PIH,
diabetes, preterm labor. Equipment: IV pumps, Epidural pumps IUPC,
FSE. Procedures: Starting IV, blood draws, MGso4 for PTL /PRE
-eclampsia, inductions, cervical ripening. Required Upon
Submission: 2 years L&D RN experience.BLS & NRP.RNC-OB, RNC-FM
preferred.Prior travel experience is required.Valid MD license
verified through NURSYS only. No temp licenses are allowed.COVID
vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed
and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission
will be dropped. UMMS does not accept religious COVID
