This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time positions, with in-person and hybrid work options.*Salary:* $45,000 to $65,000 annually*Employment Type:* Full-time or part-time*Compensation Structure:* Choose between W2 employee status or 1099 independent contractor options*Principal Responsibilities and Duties:** Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to accurately understand client needs.* Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.* Provide empathetic, person-centered counseling, including individual, group, and family therapy.* Collaborate with a network of service providers and agencies for holistic client care.* Facilitate clients' transition planning and manage the discharge process effectively.* Offer crisis intervention and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.* Ensure precise and timely completion of all required documentation.* Actively participate in case reviews, clinical presentations, and utilization reviews.* Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.*Qualifications:** Required: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC.
