The Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high quality care to achieve positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction. Position Highlights*Report to the Director of Nursing*Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.*Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes*Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.*Participate in staff mentorship, recruitment, new hire orientation and recommend employee promotions, transfers and terminations.
