**Job Summary:**
Seeking experienced Charge Nurse II for Acute Care at Levindale Hospital, responsible for providing safe patient care and leading patient care teams.

**Job Description:**

The Levindale Brain Health Unit is a 40-bed unit that provides medical and psychological care to patients with a variety of diagnoses. As a Charge Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve this goal.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care
* Lead patient care teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
* Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a charge/lead nurse role
* Knowledge of a specialized field (e.g. gerontology, neuroscience)
* Nursing Certification in specialty area within 3-5 years of hire
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
