Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Department: Operations

Reports to: President

Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will develop an initiative to nurture and grow Gladstone's outpatient services in the DMV area by creating and distributing positive branding messages for Gladstone products and services.

Essential Functions

• Collaborates with all clinical teams to develop branding messages.
• Identifies target customers and new markets.
• Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
• Collects and maintains outreach records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
• Forecasts and analyzes market trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
• Develops and distributes materials related to new programs, training, and marketing.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients by maintaining a comprehensive list of business contacts including hospitals, individual and group practices, therapists etc
• Regularly meet with social workers, discharge coordinators, doctors and nurses to continue relationship building and brand management
• Design and follow a call routine to make cold calls to other physician offices to get new patient referrals
• Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications/ Skills

  • Highly motivated, self directed with the ability to work independently and collaborate with all teams at Gladstone efficiently solve problems and drive results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required.
    • One to three years of related experience in healthcare business, promotional sales, customer service, or related fields preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT
      
      Hybrid - this position will require travel within the DMV area at least 50% of the time.
      
      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
      
      Hearing - Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.
      
      Speaking - Must be able to communicate clearly over the telephone. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
      
      Vision - Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
      
      Job Type: Full time (40 hours/week)
      
      Pay: 60K-70K
