Job Title: Travel Nurse ICU RNIDR Healthcare is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN ICU to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse RN ICU to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU department. As a travel nurse RN ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU department
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare teamRequirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
  • Experience working in an ICU setting
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
