Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary 6090 day assignment, with the possibility to extend based on business need.This role is ideal for someone with strong electronic medical record (EMR) experience and a detail-oriented mindset. Rather than traditional patient-facing duties, this opportunity emphasizes EMR documentation, medication order reconciliation, and administrative support during our system transition from Welligent to Align.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Retrieval & EMR Entry:Contact physicians offices via phone/fax to collect visit notes and upload them to Graftons EMR (Welligent).Pharmacy Order Reconciliation:Verify medications received from OmniCare against orders. Investigate missing items or incorrect packaging. May require an in-person med box count at a community residence.EMR Transition Support:Help manage medication orders as we shift off 'cycle-fills' and return to standardized pharmacy protocols.Day School Support (if needed):Provide occasional medication administration at our therapeutic day school.Who You AreA licensed LPN (or RN) with an active nursing license in VirginiaDetail-oriented and experienced with EMR systems (Welligent, Align, or similar)Skilled in long-term care or administrative nursing tasksComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionScheduleMondayFriday only8 hours/day (start time between 7:309:00am and end between 3:305:00pm)No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirementsQualificationsActive LPN (or RN) License Virginia1+ years of clinical or long-term care experienceStrong documentation and computer skillsEMR system experience (Omni-Care, Welligent, Align, or comparable)CompensationLPN $27.07 to $33.56; commensurate with experience and qualifications.RN $37.36 to $51.17; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
