Week job discerption : Seeking an experienced Level III NICU
Clinical Supervisor to oversee neonatal intensive care unit
operations. Must be capable of managing ventilators, oscillators,
pressors, and micro preemies. Key Responsibilities: Supervise NICU
clinical staff and ensure quality patient care Respond to neonatal
emergencies, including attendance at C-sections and high-risk
deliveries Provide advanced care to neonates from 23 weeks
gestation to 4 months Perform and assist with bedside procedures
such as IV insertion, intubations, septic workups, and medication
administration Utilize advanced respiratory support technologies
including mechanical ventilation and nitric oxide therapy Educate
parents and coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a current state license
Minimum 3 years NICU experience (Level III NICU preferred)
Experience with ventilators, oscillators, pressors, and micro
preemies Certifications: STABLE, NRP, BLS, ACLS required Clinical
Supervisor experience preferred Ability to pass expedited
onboarding compliance: background checks, license verifications,
