Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Washington, District of Columbia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Title: RN - PACU Location: 900 23rd Street NW Washington DC USA 20037 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift:12X3 DAY SHIFT Description: Candidates should have both PREOP and PACU experience Monitor post-operative patients' levels of recovery and consciousness from anesthesia and provide updates to the medical team as needed. Obtain and record patients' vital signs. Observe patients for signs of side effects of anesthesia medication. Treat pain, nausea, and other post-operative symptoms of anesthesia and administer medication as prescribed. Update charting (EMR), patient files, and medical records.
